I am having the same issue.
I ran Dell Diagnostics from Dell Support site on my Dell Latitude E6410.
I am running Win 7 & Firefox ESR 17.0.7.
Below is the result of the scan. I checked the error box & clicked the button "run bluescreen troubleshooter" but it fails to run.

Hello Atlantisbc,
I would request you to help me with the stop error code for the blue-screen. In case you don’t get the stop error code, please restart the computer; keep tapping F8 on the Dell logo screen and once you are on the Advanced Boot Options, Select Disable Automatic Restart and check for the Stop Error Code.
