Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this. If not, my appoligies in advance.

 

I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. It came with its own hub but upon installation, it recomended that I use the hub thats build into my computer. I choose that option.

 

It works great. Although the mouse seems to get....drunk?...when I play some games. Seems to wonder around and generally have a mind of its own. So I use a wired mouse for gaming.

 

However, the problem I'm having is when I start up my pc. I can't type anything because the software dosen't load until the whole computer loads.

 

Any suggestions on how I can get it working for password entry?
