browseui.dll causing problems loading xp

Question

I was restoring my computer to an earlier time and in the process went to a Blue Screen and claimed I had a problem and windows would have to shut down, or to shut it down, and now when I try to re-boot, it says that it can not load the 'browseui.dll' file and when xp loads all that is on my screen is the AZUL back drop with No Icons or Tool Bar, Nothing.   I read somewhere that if I had installed later versions of Internet Explorer and restored to an earlier time that when it gets rid of the latest download, it screws up something and that might be the problem?   If I can somehow 'undo' the last restore that I just did, I might be able to get it back to normal.   Any Assistance would greatly be Appreciated. Thank you.

Use your Sysrem Disk to do a repair.

Thank you for your reply. Where would I get this disk? Most of the disks that I have (that came with the computer) seem to be for everything but a system restore disk. Thanks for your time.

The Restore Disc did not load upon start up with the CD loaded in the disc drive?

Therefore, I was not presented with Any Options to Restore or Repair?

Still says that I need to re install the browseui.dll

I've restored computers before with Restore Discs and am familiar with the process.

This is puzzling.

The Problem I've noticed with Windows xp (having many different user interfaces) you can not get into the main user account to do any repairs.
