Thank you for your reply.
Where would I get this disk? Most of the disks that I have (that came with the computer) seem to be for everything but a system restore disk.

Thank you for your email Denny,
The Restore Disc did not load upon start up with the CD loaded in the disc drive?
Therefore, I was not presented with Any Options to Restore or Repair?
Still says that I need to re install the browseui.dll
I've restored computers before with Restore Discs and am familiar with the process.
This is puzzling.
The Problem I've noticed with Windows xp (having many different user interfaces) you can not get into the main user account to do any repairs.

The CD to use is the Windows XP reinstallation CD. The procedure to follow is here.
