This Forum is not Bethesda Software support.
You will need to remove the drive and get a new hard drive and install windows.
Then recover your files from the old drive.

no pc stated, just inspiron.
no OS stated. w7?
elder loaded with DVD or from steam, we can not guess the source of any game. must be said.
first learn that many or most applications made the un- installer junk
you can not find the files because 1: hidden or 2: too deeply hidden.
get REVO uninstaller, even free works I have lifetime lic.
then run it and remove EDLER, if you can NOT see it, in REVO do the magic search in REVO (wow the power)
then at the end click scan, and clean and delete all files seen there, in files then registry.
it works 100% this, every single time and I have vast experience doing this with the worst of worse, even removing nasty nor-ton av junk.
learn to use REVO. you will not be sorry.
nor need to format a hdd ever day gaming, LOL
