Can NOT delete windows.old

I do not have the option to remove old installs with disk clean.

I followed all the steps to do it through the command prompt and when i finally go to execute "RD /s Windows.old" every file gets access denied. I have run the takeown command and i am running command prompt as admin but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
