Hello Sandeepan96,
I recommend you do a complete Windows Update, and then try creating the recovery discs.
Let me know how it goes.

Had the same problem with one of my units ended up being a reg dvd is too small. You may need to purchase a usb flash capable of at least 32gb. I just recently did so and had no problem placing my new win 8 system on it. Come to find out that with all the non-essential apps included 12gb was needed. Since dvd's are only 4.7gb they will not work and The program rejects DL, multi-disk making and 1 or two other type of dvd's. If you contact DELL and ask for a system disk they may send one free of charge as I have done along with a drivers disk. Not saying it is guaranteed but it is possible. If you ask for a disk and they send one, make sure to have two cases for them since they are in just a paper sleeve they doesn't protect as well.
Hope this helps if you haven't resolved the issue already.
