Cannot delete desktop icons
I have (3) desktop icons that I cannot delete by right click delete or dragging into the recycle bin.
The icons are "MSN Explorer" , "Dell Jukebox by musicmatch" and "Learn XP"
How can I delete these icons?

shift key delete does not work
error msg sez:
Cannot delete MSN Explorer: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
same msg. for all 3 icons.

Right-click those icons and see what is shown on the General tab as "Type of file." It sounds like those are not shortcuts to the programs but the programs themselves

ok.......
When I click on the General Tab I get a msg box. It sez:
Problem with shortcut
The folder c:\program files\MSN\MSNCorefiles specified in the start box is not valid. Make sure that the folder exists and the path is correct.
The folder does not exist. I have uninstalled MSN software.
