Try deleting in safemode via add/remove. If no go try manually deleting in safemode, ie; typing in 'search' Monsters Inc.- Scare Island and delete files that show.
It sounds like a program that loads and runs at startup. If so, I don't think you can delete a program while it is running. You will need to uncheck it in the System Configuration Utility.
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my problem. I actually downloaded Hijack this and they have a utility somewhat like Add/Remove programs and it was successful in removing it. The interesting thing about this is that it didn't add any memory to my system - kind of strange. Any ideas?
