Cannot log on to Windows XP Pro on Optiplex 745

Question

Hello to Everyone....   After resetting the administrator and system password on a previously owned OptiPlex 745 I still cannot access Windows XP Pro. I have used DBAN to attempt to erase the hard drive of all passwords. I believe it did not work. So that is why I'm here now. Please can someone help me with this problem?

Have you tried to access the Main Administrator Account? Press CTRL + ALT + DEL twice at the Welcome Screen. If you get into XP go to Control Panel/User Accounts and remove the passwords.
