cannot switch on the computer
hello my friends,
I have a problem with my computer. when i switch on my comp, it come out with the beeping sound. the monitor doesnot show anything. what is my prob?
who khow the solving please reply my massage. TQ
my comp model is:
dell optilex system 900mhz procesor
pentium 3
126RAM
year 2001
for your imforms, i always open the CPU to see what different between dell and the others.
the beeping sounds six times, then stop.

Please, put some information about your computer like model and operative system, that would help a lot...

Since we do no know which Optiplex system you have, here is a list of them for you to click on the right one and it will show you the beep codes that you heard and can then respond to. If you give use more information about your system as the other poster stated, we can assist as well.
We need the complete model number as I have done below.
