Cannot unblock cookies

   I cannot unblock cookies listed in "Privacy Report".  I am using WXP with IE6.  The webpage I want to get to is http://www.meevee.com/myguide.aspx.  When I go there there are about six cookies being blocked that keeps me from getting the guide.  I have tried everything I know to unblock these cookies so they do not appear in "Privacy Report".  If I right click on them & set to "allow" they still are blocked.  If I go to Internet Settings & click on allow all cookies they are still blocked.  I have ran Avast, Ad Aware & Spybot.  This has really got me.  Please help.
