Can't access some files

Hi.

 

I just restored my computer and am now in the process of putting everything back in. I used Roxio Back up to back up my files first. Now when I restore them I cannot get into them. It says they cannot be accessed. Is this a security thing? When I go back into roxio they are there. It isn't all the files either. Some of them I can see. The ones I can't are in My Documents. Please tell me there is a fix for this. I really need that information to put back on my computer.
