Cant Access Windows Update

I am unable to access windows uodate pages at all, from any link any where,

any ideas how to solve this one?

Did you try the safest way, typing in the address including the "V4" part ? Make sure you have no viruses, have activex turned on, and put *the* MS address into your Trusted Zones. You may want do disable your AV before you download/install any update.

If none of the above solves your problem try uninstalling the the ActiveX controls for Windows update then reinstalling. Click Tools-->Click Internet Options-->Click Settings-->Click View Objects-->Delete Ctadjust Class and Update Class-->Then when you go to the windows update site it will prompt you to reinstall these two ActiveX controls. This usually solves the problem.

Hey,

Can't find Ctadjust Class..it's not there?

Hey,

went to the link but no luck. When i try the link on the dell help and support centre page, "undefined" it what i get?  getting really confused.
