Can't get on secure web sites with internet explorer

Question

I have no problem getting on internet explorer or viewing any  websites except secure ones. It says 'The Page Can Not Be Displayed'. I have checked the things it suggests but it didn't help.

Thanks for the resonse. Tried this numerous times before finding suggestions when I googled the problem and one the suggestions fixed my problem! Yeah!
