can't open certain attachments
Hello,I can't open some e mail attachments(,eg.preview1.ppt).When I try,a box tells me to create an association?,go to my computer,view,folder options?And then I'm lost??anyhelp,thanks

A .ppt file is a Power Point file. It will not open unless you have Microsoft Powerpoint or the free Powerpoint viewer on your computer. If you need the viewer, it can be downloaded at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&displaylang=en
