Hi ..   I am looking for some kind of software to capture (record) streaming videos ..   For Example Flash Based Video Sites like YouTube and  also  Windows Media, Real Player and other streams ..   If you can recommend any programs at all (freewares and others), It Will be Greatly Appreciated ..   Thanks
