CCleaner glitch corrected yet?

I'm using CCleaner version 1.41.544. It is configured to run at boot up. I stopped updating CCleaner when it reached version 2.0 because of this glitch:

Under the Windows Explorer heading, I have Run (in Start Menu) unchecked. Yet upon every reboot, CCleaner 2.0 would erase that info. Earlier versions of CCleaner did not, hence the reason I'm using an earlier one.

According to Filehippo.com, the latest version of CCleaner is 2.02.527. Has this glitch finally been corrected?  Let me stress this glitch does not occur if you manually run CCleaner 2.0.  Only after the progam automatically cleans up after a reboot.

Check both of these reg entries, delete CCleaner from both if present.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Here is a list of all the locations

On a whim, I went ahead and upgraded to the latest version of CCleaner. Then I rebooted my computer. The RUN history was not deleted, so apparently the glitch has been fixed.
