Chinese Language Pack
Hello,
I am currently trying to install a simplified Chinese language pack onto a friend's computer. The windows update feature wasn't working, so I turned to the Microsoft Download center. I ended up finding a Global IME for simplified Chinese, but it required Office XP. I ended up installing a third party Chinese language pack. However, there were some characters that ended up being question marks.
Does anyone have any advice? Also, what must I do in order to change the entire operating system into simplified Chinese? By this, I mean the Start menu, control panel, settings, etc.
Any help would be apreciated,
