Chkdsk results help

I got a Kernel Data inpage error the other day and ran a disk check. I recent got another error of the same kind today so I went looking for the results of the disk check I ran. However, I have no idea how to interpret them or what it means for my system. 

Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is OS.

A disk check has been scheduled.
Windows will now check the disk.

Is my system doomed? What can be done to stop these errors?

My Del XPS was throwing BOSD and after restoration I ran CHKDSK / R which ran while I restarted the laptop. The Log file says following (Almost same to above posting). I am worried abut 2 things

  • Adding 38 bad clusters to the Bad Clusters File.
  • 152 KB in bad sectors

The full Log is as below. Dell Please can you tell me whether I need to change the HDD?
