There are apparently a number of things that can cause that error.  Look at the following results of a search on google.com and see if any of the situations apply to your environment:

http://www.google.com/search?q=ClassFactory+cannot+supply+requested+class&hl=en&lr=&start=20&sa=N

If not, post back with the full and exact text of the error message and perhaps we can narrow it down.  Have you made any recent changes to software or hardware on your system just prior to getting this error?

if i do a restore to when i first had the pc then the error does not occur, but by doing that i loose a lot of stuff i have put on the system. do you know of any ways to correct this error thanks

It must be some software you have added that is causing the problem.  Without knowing what you have added, it is difficult to troubleshoot.  Did you find anything useful that might apply to your system in the google search results?
