click ISP icon only opens to half screen

Question

When I turn on my computer and click on my ISP icon,It opens but it only appears on half of my screen. Can anyone tell me why and what can I do to remedy the situation? Thanks for helping a rookie.

What is your 'ISP' icon?  Which program opens when you click on this icon?  If it only opens half screen, have you tried moving the mouse cursor to one of the edges and dragging the windows to the size you want? Steve

Internet Explorer opens with my ISP homepage on it.I never had a problem with it until I had a power problem and when it was fixed I had to re-load a lot of things.I clicked on things that I had no idea what they were.Does this information help?

Did you try resizing the windows as I suggested before?  I'm still not sure what your problem is. Steve
