You need to post the model of your computer and the graphics card that is installed. You need to reinstall the driver for that graphics card to regain control over the color depth that is displayed. You can find instructions for this in the Reinstall Guide link in the drop-down menu under Product Support above the forum.
Hi again,, just to let you know that when I to use the "scan disk" it just go's and go's until I stop it. Then there is errors that come up with code 8, code 20, and a few more. Hope you can help!
