command prompt missing
Hello happy new year, irratating problem when i go into start,run and type in a command that should bring me to a command prompt (black screen).it flashes really fast and never comes up .if i go into accessories and choose the c:/ prompt it will come up .how do i fix .this.thanks for looking

Start, run, type cmd and click OK, then enter the command.
