Hi, My laptop does the same thing and it does it every time I start up my inspiron.It takes a really long time to start up. The error message specifically is:
Notify Alert exe. common language runtime debugging services
Application generated an exception that could not be handled
process id=0x88(136) threadid=0xc0(192)
press ok to terminate the application
press cancel to debug the application
Then you press one or the other and it just says that a debugger cannot be found.
