So after I install those drivers, the ethernet controller should work just fine?

 

Edit:  I installed the chipset drivers with ease, but the LAN driver is a bit more challenging.  When I extract the files, a page comes up with instructions for installing "NIC Driver".  I followed the instructions until I get in the device manager.  It says press the + on Network Adapters then right click on the "appropriate adapter" and right click to properties on it.  I instead right clicked the Ethernet Controller under other, but then when I click Update Driver for the Controller I do not know which manufacturer made the hardware to select it. Help? Thanks.
