hi. if you want to set up yr yahoo email account with Outlook or OE, then you need to pay yahoo b4 you can do that. Else, you can access like normal, no setting required.

you dont have to configure the system in any way to use Yahoo mail.

But it is certainly not possible to restrict you web mail acces to Yahoo alone. What you can do is to block all the other sites. but it sounds unnecessary. anyway all the best using Yahoo  mail
