Connecting My Camera; what program to run

Hey. I have a canon sd300 camera. Whenever I connect it to the computer, it comes up and asks me what I want to do with the pictures. I like that, but I want to add / remove options from the list of choices. For example, open with photoshop is listed 4 times. I want to remove that, and also add an option to just open the folder and view the pictures. Anyone know how I can change this? Its not under the properties of the camera in my computer though....
