Control Alt Delete

Question

Just lately when i press the control alt delete buttons, the window comes up with the running programs, buit there is no top on it to switch to the processes and network usage tabs. I am not sure if this is something that i might have turned off or what.

Have you tried running System restore? Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System restore.

It's a simple double click anywhere on the frame of taskmanager.

Click on the top bar of the task manager to restore the original settings. This Microsoft article doesn't list XP, but from what I've read (results from a Google search for xp task manager tabs missing), the fix is the same.
