Could not load the DLL Library the specified module could not be found

I have seen several questions referencing this type of thing, but I have no clue what I'm missing.

I was trying to load yahoo messenger and got the message "Could not load the DLL Library the specified module could not be found" -  it was reccomended in the yahoo help to completely uninstall the previous version before installitation.  I did this, and am still recieving this message.

Also, I have visited the "bug doctor" and pc mighty max and they have supposedly fixed these problems... I am STILL recieving this error message.

PLEASE, any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry about a duplicate answer.  I forgot to disable AdSubtract.

You have a faulty install of Yahoo messenger.  Windows can not find it.  Part of messenger may have ended up in an internet temporary folder.  Yahoo gave you the correct advice.  Remove Yahoo messenger again.  Download it again to a new folder called New Yahoo Messenger.
