That is what you want it to be . . it means that everything else is taking 2 % . .

Well . . you have problems, but that ain't one of them . . it is completely normal;.

 

Did this behavior jsut start? . . what did you do just prior to it starting? . . have you tried a System Restore to a date before it started?

Funny enough its been fine today. I'll get back to you if there is any more trouble.
