Crash Analysis Tool and errors - now what?

I downloaded Dell's Crash Analysis Tool and it found the following errors? [or suggestions/problems?]  I have no idea what they are, if I need to fix them, nor do I know how.  I followed both links, one to Microsoft downloads, and the other to Dell Support, to no avail.  Far too frustrating for me to navigate the sites.  I had Dell scan my computer and results came back:  System is fine.

Can anyone tell me ... "Now What" and then "How do I?"  FYI:  a file search on my system indicated I dont have Sonic installed nor on the drive.  I have Roxio.  Using Dell Dimenison 4600 with XP SP2.
This is a brand new install with all updates installed on a brand new Dell for me.  I have all the Cds that came with the system/  And I fully loaded it with 5 different Anti virus softwares, root kit detectors and the like before going online.

Below is the precise message from Crash Analysis Tool:  Can someone please help me?  I am ready to dump the drive and go back to using Win98 SE and all other pre hi-tech [ie. hack and jack] nightmares began.

Thank you, PJ

Did you try the driver reset Tool ?

I have never been a fan of Sonic anything, I always remove Sonic software and use other software.

Did you check to see if there are any updates available from Dell, look under "Applications"
