crash help

Question

I have a Dimension E520 running on XP media center. I get the following error message and then my system shuts down.  I tried uninstalling everything except for my internet service which also runs on another computer I own that is not having this problem, but that did not fix whatever is causing the conflict.  Tech had me reset the bios to the default settings, but this is still happening.  Any ideas?  I am very computer challenged and this is driving me crazy.

when did it start? can you go back to a restore point?
