On Windows 2000 in windows explorer, when I do a right click New - Folder, the folder comes up with New Folder as the name and in edit mode to rename it.  On Windows XP Pro, I do the same thing and no new folder show up.  Once I did it 5 times in a row with nothing.  Then I backed out of that folder and reentered it and 5 "New Folder"s where there.  Why aren't my new folders showing up immediatly.  I'm running Windows XP Pro with all the updates installed.
