CTMBHA.DLL Error on Bootup

Upgraded from XP Home to Vista Home Premium, everything working great except for a .dll error on bootup, which from the info I have gotten is the sound card. Wondering if anyone can offer any help to make that error go away. The sound is working fine I'd just like to not get that error on bootup. I did all needed updates before and after the upgrade, but just can't get this to go away. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Yeah, I really don't want to have to do that. There has got to be a better solution, especially since my system is working just fine.

Ok, checked it out Aaron, and it wasn't very helpful, not to mention most of the posts were from last year so none had to do specifically with Vista. Thanks for suggestion though.
