Question

My Internet explorer on my dimension 4500 with widows xp sp2 has suddenly started taking 0ver 3 minutes to load the first screen. Along with this in control panel I can not get printers, telephony,network info to come up. The above code is what I found in error log last week when the problems started. Any ideas as to what has happened and what must be done to correct the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also use Firefox as a second browser and it works fine. new e-mail: fkovach@q.com  just in case this shows my old address.

Go to this forum http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack  and read the RED link at the top and then post your log on that forum along with what you have stated here, also post the Model of Dell you have and the OS Version.
