Defrag doesn't go past 10% complete
title says all...
I've tried in normal, and safe mode. Tried just running it, tried scandisk then defrag, and ran the matenience wizard. It always stops a 10%.
Dimension 8200, 1.8ghz P4, 768mb RDRAM, Geforce FX 5600 Ultra, and obviously, Windows ME
No Events found!

Note that if you have a broadband connection, you should terminate it first by going to winipcfg and clicking Release. When done, reboot. Please let me know how it works.
