delay in logging off
My problem seems to be a box which appears with the heading 'End program.........ccApp'. How would I go about deleting this? Thank you.................Ron

This window is usually associated with Norton Internet Security. Run a disk cleanup and defrag on your hard drive. If that doesn't fix the problem you may want to consider a utility repair program such as Norton System Works or it's equivalent.
Just a suggestion, the Norton WinDoctor of NSW 2005 edition works great for me!
