deleting programs that keep coming back
Somehow I got a program or something on my computer(I think it's some sort of spyware), everytime I delete it and send it to the ryclcle bin, IT COMES BACK!
Any suggestions?

It would help if you posted the name of the program. However, if it is spyware you can probably get rid of it permanently by downloading and running Spybot (available here).
