Dell Backup and Recovery 1.9.3.31 update problem

Hello,

I receive a notification that there's an update to my Dell backup and Recovery and when I try to update it crashes… 100% done but still “downloading” in progress etc after 3:32 hrs… please see images below…

The update suggested is 1.9.3.31

I will be grateful for any help.

Dell data safe and Dell Backup and Recovery are END OF LIFE END OF SUPPORT.

Dell backup and recovery DBAR is now softhinks SBAR and no longer supported by Dell.
