I am trying to create "Factory Recovery Media" using Dell Backup. I open the program. It selects my external hard drive to backup to; it has enough space. But then I can't go any further. The Continue button is greyed out and I can't click it. There's no indication that it is saving or has created the recovery media. Thanks in advance for any help.
