Dell Backup & Recovery - Factorysetup error 2
Seem to get the following error when trying to install DBAR: "Factorysetup error 2". Any way to fix this error? As I cannot restore to factory settings without the program! Recovery partition is still on HDD and am able to access it and all the data is still on the partition.
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Model: Inspiron 17-3737

Your recovery partition is for an obsolete version of Windows which has reached End of Mainstream support. You'll be better to Download Windows 10 Version 1903 from Microsoft and directly clean install Windows 10 Version 1903. Your Windows 8.1 OEM Product Key will be automatically input and accepted by Windows 10 Version 1903 Installation Media. See here for more details:
