I am trying to reinstall Dell's Backup and Recovery software and I'm getting the following -
what do I need to do to correct this? Thanks

Hi hanksl7878,
Request you to do a complete windows update once. Then try installing Dell Backup and recovery and let me know what happens.
Do reply with your findings.
