Dell Data Protection Security Tools

Question

Hi, i've a installed lastest Dell Data Protection Security Tools version on Latitude E6430 with Windows 8.1 to use fingerprint as auth method, but when i installed the suite there isn't Administration Console. I have read the 'Dell Data Protection Security Tools Installation Guide', but under 'All Programs' there isn't Framework and there isn't Administration Tools. Any Ideas? Thanks, Jack

I've the exact same problem on my Latitude E6540 running on Win 7. I tried to uninstall and re-install multiple times but that didn't help. Any ideas?
