Dell Datasafe Recovery Password Issues

I created system restore dvds, ran and completed dell datasafe restore to factory and removed everything from my pc.  i restarted and booted from cd drive and used my system restore dvds and completed that successfully.  now i restart the pc and it says its preparing for first time use.  it then brings me to the log in screen, with the username and password fields are blank as well as the area for the pic.  my original username/password from prior to the restore don't work and when i type administrator as the username i get an error stating that my account has been disabled and to contact my system administrator.  this is my last step to get my pc back.  please help.
