I have the same issue, I need driver and firmware updates even if they are old ones for my DELL DIGITAL JUKEBOX. just to be clear since others in this feed think were stupid and don't know what product we have lol I worked for Dell when these came out and cant find my old software.

Are you sure that the entry is for the Dell Digital Jukebox or is it for Music Match Jukebox?

If you do not have a Digital Jukebox, then you can probably remove the driver. However, it is not really necessary to remove it.
