dell dimension 3000 windows 10 problem

Question

Hello I’m having trouble installing windows 10 on my dell dimension 3000 when I boot from my usb drive it freezes on the windows logo. After a little while it will go back to the flash screen and go back to frozen. I installed the OS on a 16gb usb flash drive with windows media creation tool from another PC. I have a pentium 4 CPU. I know it’s a long shot with this system but I want it to have windows 10 and if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.

Dimension 3000 is not suitable EVER for windows 10 any version Does not support NX or CMPXCG 16 or LAHF OR SAHF or other required instructions.

Depends on the Ram. Max windows is 7. Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS works. http://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04/ubuntu-18.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso
