Dell dimension e520 cpu/gpu upgrade

(move if wrong place) Im using a  dimension e520 tower that im wanting to upgrade, i know it can go to 8gb of ram and hard drives size is okay with what i got right now, but the cpu/gpu im not too sure about, what would be the best options without one causing the other to struggle

Hi, It will take 4x2gb (800mhz preferably) RAM sticks and the best processor you can get is the q6600 (after upgrading the BIOS to the latest).
