Dell Driver FTP server NOT WORKING??

I am trying to get some drivers back on an Inspiron laptop, but I am unable to get anything because the ftp server is not responding. I have tried "download using browser" as well as the download manager with no success.  I really can't continue to get this computer up and running until I get these files. Can one of the admins please direct this topic to the right person??

Thanks

The driver availability problem has been a known intermittent problem for a while.  It will usually be fixed when they recycle the server.

Best suggestion is to periodically try it to see if it's been fixed.  DO NOT use the Download Manager - it has caused many download problems.  If you have the download manager installed, uninstall it and any cookies for it.  Only use the "browser" mode to download.

As you didn't include your PC Model Number and Operating System, I can't check on your specific downloads.

Thanks.  Its a Inspiron 2200 running Windows XP.

I can't believe their servers are this bad.

It appears to be OK this morning.  I downloaded the Audio driver and the Chipset driver without problems.
