Dell Jukebox by Musicmatch (problem)

Can somebody help me please! I can't open Jukebox Musicmatch; it seems like is going to open but never open the program. Thanks for the help!

Did you recently upgrade to Internet Explorere 7 (IE7)? IE7 was included as a Windows Update a couple months ago. IE7 is incompatable with earlier versions of MMJB and will cause MMJB to act just as you describe.

My suggestion? Uninstall IE7 and fall back to IE6. In the opinion of many, IE7 is not yet ready anyway.

Hello Thanks for Help me with MMJB! Now I got another problem, I can't run iTunes it says that the program needs to close... Hope you can help! Thanks.

Don't know anything about itunes. Suggest you do a forum search, as I have seen quite a few threads about it.

I uninstalled IE7 and went back to IE6 and now all I get is a message that "Musicmatch Jukebox has experienced an error and must close" and then dirrects me to http://www.musicmatch.com/form/support/ when all they tell me is to upgrade to Musicmatch Jukebox Plus.
They also say I can untintall it and re-install the software.
Which disc has Musicmatch? I have a lot of discs from Dell.
