Dell jukebox error

Question

Everytime I try to open Dell Jukebox or use Dell Jukebox I get the following error message:   ordinal 1191 could not be located in the dynamic link library PX.dll   How can I fix this problem so I can once again listen to music? Thanks in advance

heres how to fix it.   start --> all programs --> windows media player                                     in case you dont get it, it means to start using windows media player

Telling someone to use a different program will not fix the posters problem.  It doesn't help anything and is not pertinent to the question.  However, I answered this on the cross post.
